FULL - TIME / LONG TERM
A new position opened for two experienced Chefs De Parties or Sous Chefs to work in a busy pub in Tilford, south of Farnham and Merrow, east of Guildford.
You will be working within the catering team.
Duties to include:
- Maintenance of stock control and rotation
- Food preparation according to standard recipes and schedules
- Consistency and presentation of food in timely manner
- Assisting with menu planning,ordering and deliveries when needed
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow correct due diligence procedures
Shifts: Monday - Sunday (5/7 days rota) - 37.50-45 hours/week
Hours: 10am-3pm SPLIT 6pm-10pm
Location: Tilford & Merrow - No transport links near by so own transport is essential
