About the role:

Great Places is due to enter into partnership with Equity on 1 April 2020, and adopt Aareon QL as its housing management system. This is a high profile project of significant scale which will involve an integration of Open Housing into Aareon QL, as well as ensuring the configuration of the system helps support the achievement of the partnership objectives. This project will impact all areas of the business as Aaeron becomes the principle software solution across all housing and asset management disciplines. Reporting to the PMO Manager as a key member of the integration programme team, the Aareon Project Manager will provide effective leadership for the Aareon project, coordinating across multiple departments, to ensure the successful implementation of this system across the whole business.

You will project manage the implementation of Aareon QL as the organisation’s housing and asset management system. You’ll take a lead on ensuring the Aareon solution supports the technical, service delivery, and cultural integration of Great Places and

Equity as well as delivering the project on time, on budget and to the required standard. You will coordinate stakeholders across multiple departments and to effectively sequence the various workstreams as part of the project objectives & milestones and work with the business to maximise the benefits of the Aareon system.

About You:

- Project management qualification e.g. Prince 2 / PMI – PMP (essential).
- Degree level education or equivalent (desirable).
- Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience of managing system implementation projects is essential.
- Experience of working with Aareon QL is essential.
- Experience of working within the Social Housing industry is desirable.
- Competence across a full range of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to compile accurate reports.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and how projects help deliver strategy.
- Ability to work flexibly and when needed, outside normal working hours.
- Experience of working with OpenHousing is desirable.

Systems Implementation, Housing Management Software, Software Delivery Manager, Aareon, etc.
