Accounts Assistant (Part Time)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager in all Finance Duties.  The role of Accounts Assistant is part time, 16 hours per week and flexible.  

As Accounts Assistant you will be responsble for:

Analysis of employee expenses

Posting of invoices and purchase orders to the Sage accounting system

Covering payroll in the absence of the Finance Manager

Analysis of factory area timesheets and production of results regarding machine times

Analysis of sales by product

Administration of all Company Utilities

Stocktake valuation 


Previous Accounts experience is essential. You must also be fully coversant with SAGE and have excellent Excel skills.
