Vacancy – Accounts Payable / Administrator
Location – Wandsworth, South West London
Industry – Electrical product sales
Salary – £10 – £12 per hour
Hours – part time – Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (eg. 10am to 2pm) – 20 hours per week
My client is looking for an organised and experienced administrator with accounts payable experience.
You will provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation.
Your role will involve completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
There will also be other administrative duties and paperwork including filing.
You will also be required to answer the phone and deal with any queries coming into the business.
An organised and diligent approach to work is essential along with a good telephone manner.
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be part of a motivated and dedicated team, supporting the wider business and ensuring payments are made promptly.
Job Role
– Raise purchase orders
– Process invoices for payment
– Reconcile paid invoices with bank statements
The ideal candidate will have some recent experience of working in an accounts payable / Purchase ledger role previously and be looking for part time work only
