As an Admin Assistant with Suttons Tankers you will:-
•Go through all driver’s folders separating pods & timesheets into piles.
•Filing cleaning certificates in the back room.
•Send Scunthorpe timesheets to colleagues at the Scunthorpe depot (Nicki)
•Check through all pods to insure they are all on manpack and scanned correctly if not re-scan in.
•File all pods/Flogas pods in the boxes in the back room separate by customer.
•Add delivered weights & times from the pods into manpack.
•Send Ad blue Yara paperwork to Scunthorpe depot (Pamela)
•Print Ineos jobs from email and give to planners to add onto manpack.
•Fuel Ordering when told to do so by manager (Neil)
•Hand over all Defects & timesheets to Admin supervisor (Joanne)
•Order Driver’s PPE & Stationary from JK Ross website and add onto Sage to get the order number
•Once received PPE/Stationary Receipt on sage and sort out which drivers they are for.

The successful candidate would be expected to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position, ideally within a transport or logistics environment.
This role is paying £10 per hour for 15 hours per week,
The hour of work are 09:00 – 14:00 Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
This role is maternity cover and is for 12 month Fixed Term Contract
