Core working hours
Between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with an occasional half day required on Saturdays
Hourly rate of £9.63 per hour
You will be required to carry out a range of clerical/technical support tasks, ensuring that the required work is completed accurately and adheres to specific Group Policies, processes and procedures. You will be responding to queries/issues ensuring the customer requirements are clarified, referring to more senior colleagues where appropriate.
You will build relationships at typically at peer level in order to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries & issues escalating as appropriate.
You will have a high contribution to the completion of the team's workload.
Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes, procedures and systems.
You will need to demonstrate core company values and behaviours as an active team member.
Work is typically allocated and monitored on a daily to weekly timeframe.
As the ideal candidate you will have a strong background in administration and customer service, used to working in a target driven environment with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
