My client, a professional services firm in Manchester city centre has an excellent opportunity for a Part time administrator to work alongside their in-house recruitment team. As the Part Time Administrator you will be working approximately 21 hours per week which can be negotiated if you are selected for an interview.

My Client has a very refreshing approach and will look at accommodating various different working patterns to suit your needs!

As the administrator you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration support to the team and you must be able to work on your own initiative with an excellent understanding of Microsoft excel.

Duties to include;

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Preparing all documents
  • Data entry on Excel
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Any other administration as and when required

Previous experience is desirable, but more importantly we are looking for the right “can do attitude” and a wiliness to learn.

In return you will receive a salary of £16,000 FTE, comprehensive training and an excellent benefits package.
