The Role:

We are recruiting for an Administrator on a 6 month contract to assist and support the Underwriting Team with general administrative duties. Previous insurance experience isn’t essential however a willingness to learn and excellent administration skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

- To assist and support the underwriting team with general administrative duties
- To support the underwriting team with secretarial duties including answering the telephone and copy typing
- Creating and updating Management Reports
- Minute taking in various meetings held / chaired by members of the Underwriting Department
- Setting up of conference or meeting rooms as and when required
- Carry out any task or duty reasonably requested by the Underwriting Manager and any other member of the Cobra Management Team.

Experience:

- Previous experience working within an Office Administration team
- Competent on Word, Excel & Microsoft Outlook programs
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Good written communication skills and the ability to deliver information in a clear, concise and informative manner
- Able to work well in a team environment
