Customer Service Support Administrator

  • Salary: £ 12.00 (per hour) + Holiday Pay

    Role Purpose

    Daily output of documents,  sorting and distribution. Printing and batching work form computer systems and ensuring work issued to strict targets and deadlines. The individual will need to be flexible, have good attention to detail and able to absorb information quickly as daily duties can be varied at times but also repetitive so concentration levels need to be maintained. When busy, you may be asked to help with the customer service side of the business so must have some telephone and customer service skills and must speak fluent English.


    Skills and Experience: (preferred but not essential)


  • A good standard of verbal and numerical literacy

  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills

  • The ability to operate straightforward process steps (manually and/or using appropriate computer systems)

  • The ability to operate relevant software packages (e.g. Work, Excel) – although training will be provided

  • The ability and desire to identify and act on customer requirements

  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately against Quality and Productivity targets

  • Planning and organising skills
