Ignata Finance are delighted to be partnering with a business with offices in Crawley, to recruit an AP Clerk on a part-time basis. Ideally you will be immediately available due to the urgency of the position, but candidates on a notice period will not be discounted.
Duties will include:
- Collating data for sales invoicing
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Managing account inbox
- Processing purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliation's
- Raising bacs payments on the bank
- Assist in producing management information as requested
- Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the Finance Manager
This is a wide-ranging role that requires large amounts of data analysis, so advanced excel skills are essential.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Advance excel skills – including pivots/vlookups
- Previous experience of sales ledger and credit control
- Knowledge of SAP desired but not essential
