AP Clerk Part Time 3 Days Per Week

Ignata Finance are delighted to be partnering with a business with offices in Crawley, to recruit an AP Clerk on a part-time basis. Ideally you will be immediately available due to the urgency of the position, but candidates on a notice period will not be discounted.

Duties will include:

  • Collating data for sales invoicing
  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Managing account inbox
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliation's
  • Raising bacs payments on the bank
  • Assist in producing management information as requested
  • Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the Finance Manager

This is a wide-ranging role that requires large amounts of data analysis, so advanced excel skills are essential.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Advance excel skills – including pivots/vlookups
  • Previous experience of sales ledger and credit control
  • Knowledge of SAP desired but not essential
