Why work as part of our Brand team?
You’ll get to work alongside a Senior Brand Manager helping drive one of the UK’s leading biscuits brands, our Brand team also work very cross functionally and you will help drive and grow the category brand for the business. Innovation is a key part of the role and you’ll get to see idea’s come to life through working with the NPD & R&D teams. This is a really exciting time to be joining a Brand Marketing team and is a fantastic role for some looking to develop their career.
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
We are looking for someone who understands brand marketing or brand projects within a FMCG / consumer led product environment. This would be a great role from someone who is looking for their 2nd role within brand marketing, or someone who has a relevant degree but has completed a lengthy placement as part of their course. It important to be able to hit the ground running.
You’ll need to have good knowledge & use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
Final part of the mix.
You’ll need to be motivated, have great communication skills and a willing to get hands on & work cross functionally at pace. A good foundation in the basic principles of marketing either through education or commercial work experience is key.
