Position Summary

The Nestlé Waters Marketing Team are recruited for a talented Brand Manager to join their business. You will fully manage and build the Nestle Pure Life and S. Pellegrino brands for UK market to  delight our target consumers and generate strong business results. You will lead the development and execution of Nestle Pure Life brand strategy and be the local key contact with the Zone for S. Pellegrino.

A day in the life of...

As a Brand Manager for Nestlé Pure Life & S. Pellegrino you will gain experience of working with both an international and local brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to stakeholder and build relationships with the Zone Marketing Team on how we build the S. Pellegrino in the UK marketing as well as having experience owning the strategy end to end for Nestlé Pure Life. You will be responsible for:


  • Driving brand plans including ATL/BTL/Digital support, 
  • Working cross functionally to plan and build channel and customers plans 
  • Use business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends to help make right business choices and report internally/to the Zone
  • Drive the innovation pipeline (short-medium-long term) in collaboration with local functions and the Zone
  • Manage the packaging process for Nestlé Pure Life
  • Manage PFME spend to support brand awareness, consideration and trial, tracking and having ownership of Brand's P&L
  • Influence the price/promo outlook and manage performance metrics
  • Lead the monthly cycle for the brands within Nestlé Waters UK and with Zone
  • Be the main point of contact across functions & lead the business decision making

What will make you successful

The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of great marketing experience, ideally within the Food & Drink industry. They will also have a strong understanding of, and experience in, digital & social marketing. The Marketing Team in Nestlé Waters is lean in size so a can do attitude and results focused mindset is key to success in this position. They will also have:


  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects
  • Budget management and an understanding of key principles of P&L
  • Experience in coordinating  & participating in cross functional team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • The ability to influence and build strong relationships
