A fantastic opportunity working for a completely remote team here at Find Your Flex, supporting the CEO and the Head of Marketing in their quest to make flexible working available for all!
You must be an advocate for flexible working yourself as well as having a natural desire to go above and beyond what the job description entails.
All hands on decks are needed in this role, managing the CEO’s busy diary and inbox, scheduling team meetings and recording minutes and action points, daily administration of the job board, uploading roles for our lovely clients and assisting the Head of Marketing with ad-hoc duties.
Currently this role is being advertised at 30 hours per week on an apprentice scheme but there is the possibility for it to go full time in the near future.
As this is an apprenticeship, you’ll also be working towards a Business Administration Level 3 via our training provider.
