Our Business Analyst role forms part of the busy and motivated Projects team at the charity, who at present are focusing all their efforts on an exciting business critical project, to successfully implement and embed Salesforce across the organisation. Longer term, the team will be deployed across a variety of interesting, diverse projects within the Operations and Technology areas, so there is a real opportunity here to make a positive impact on the charity and our ability to raise funds for the hospital.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
The Projects team operates across the Technology department and is instrumental in a variety of projects spanning the whole charity. As such, this role effectively works within a matrix team and requires ongoing close collaboration with various stakeholders across the charity, particularly Product Owners, Change Manager, UX and QA.
Business Analyst Requirements:
We are looking for someone who will bring strong business process and technology change expertise to the team, alongside proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to achieve excellent results. You will have a logical, structured approach to problem-solving but also be really happy to adapt your approach as needs arise. Working on your own initiative and being driven to make a valuable contribution to any project across the roadmap are two qualities that are absolutely essential.

Salary: £39,000 to £43,000 per annum dependant on experience
