Business Development Executive

Mummyjobs.co.uk Ltd run a network of flexible working websites and social pages, whilst engaging employers to promote their roles on our platform.

We are now seeking self motivated Sales & Business Development professionals to work from home, promoting the platform and selling advertising space to both employers, training providers and career coaches across the UK.

About you:

  • Ideally you will have a background within recruitment, B2B sales or have digital sales experience.
  • Able to attend fortnightly Sales team meetings in Darlington.
  • Are target driven and passionate about helping people who need flexible working, get back to work.
  • Able to work from home and have access to a computer or laptop and mobile.
  • Previous experience with a CRM like HubSpot would be useful, but full training will be provided.
  • You must not be phased by targets or closing deals.

About the role:

  • The role requires you to work from home, with the option to work up to 5 days between Monday to Friday within the hours of 10am-2pm.
  • Achieve set KPI’s through a mixture of warm and cold leads selling advertising opportunities on FindYourFlex.co.uk, Mummyjobs.co.uk, Daddyjobs.co.uk & Jobs.FindYourFlex.co.uk
  • Promote a professional and dedicated personal feed on LinkedIn, connecting and networking with HR, Talent Acquisition & Diversity & Inclusion professionals to promote our platform, blogs and ultimately get them advertising onsite.
  • Log all activity into the HubSpot CRM and keep in touch with your team and the management team through SLACK.
  • The role is predominantely best practiced through a mixture on Emails, Phone calls to client and Zoom meetings – national travel to meet with employers and attend events is available if you wish, or the management team can attend on your behalf if you are unable to travel.
  • Keep up to date with flexible working legislation and campaigns and track competitor sites to generate leads.

Remuneration package:

  • Basic hourly rate.
  • Uncapped commission – 10% of sales achieved.
  • Perkbox access.
  • 20 days holiday (pro rata).
