Business Development Manager 

You will join us and be a key member of the New Business Sales team responsible for generating £150,000 - £180,000 primarily through developing the sales pipeline for our new Learning Management Platform and associated e-learning training. Therefore, an understanding and connections in this space would be advantageous. You will also be able to generate revenues from existing performance management clients as well as the existing product portfolio which includes performance and talent management and 360 feedback tools.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver against a sale pipeline for the Learning Management Platform and associated products
• Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing or client services
• Work with other sales and marketing colleagues to achieve team targets
• Support the development of strategic partnerships that align with the learning management space or could provide additional revenues

Business Development Manager Requirements:

- A proven track record of success in new business, HR related software sales
- Experience in the Learning Management space
- Resourceful & hardworking
- Loyal, collaborative and a team player
