The FSA faces a significant period of change and activity following the UK’s exit from the EU, so we must ensure we have the right capability in order to deliver our priorities. The Capability and Development Coordinator role sits within the high-profile FSA People and Organisational Change team presenting an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of the Agency’s approach to capability, learning and development across the Agency. Reporting to the Capability and Development Manager, the Capability and Development Coordinator supports the Capability and Development Team by working closely with HR Business Partners, colleagues across People and Organisational Change and other divisions, the FSA’s network of Learning Advocates, and colleagues across the government HR function.
