We have a vacancy to join the Care Team at Charlton Farm in Bristol. Applicants should be experienced in caring for children with life-limiting conditions, complex needs or chronic illnesses.

We provide respite, palliative and bereavement care for children with life-limiting conditions on a one-to-one basis. Having the time to build relationships with children and their families whilst they are at the hospice and between visits helps to make our roles incredibly fulfilling.

About Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW):

An established and successful charity, Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) provides hospice care for children with life limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. With three hospices, in Cornwall, North Devon and North Somerset, we have a well deserved reputation for high quality, child and family centred care and a determination to place the children and families we care for at the centre of our decision making and service planning. Holistic care is delivered by highly motivated medical and multi-disciplinary Care Teams.

Location: Charlton Farm - Bristol

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 25 to 40 hours per week , hours are worked on rotating shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays, with enhancements for night, weekend and bank holiday working.

Salary: £19,011 to £23,334 per annum
