Chef de Partie - 5/7 Days - Health Club & Spa - £20k to £23k dependant on experiance - Great work/life balance - Alternate Weekends off & only 2/3 evenings per week.

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for your next role? Looking for more of a work/life balance whilst still working in a busy kitchen?

A well-known Health Club and Spa are currently looking for Chef de Parties to join their team. Working on straight shifts with a maximum of 2-3 evening shifts per week you will be responsible for the day to day running of your section in one of the kitchens on site.

The site has two kitchens which offer a different styles of food, one is a buffet style fresh food, salad bar & cooking station. The food served from this kitchen is fresh, seasonal and they tend to work on a different theme for the food each week.

The second kitchen serves a fresh A la Carte Menu with salads, sandwiches and wraps to the guests visiting the spa and the member's health club lounge.

Main Duties:
  • Preparation and ordering of required food stuffs for your section.

  • Always act as a responsible, professional team member with staff and guests
