Job Title: Central Conveyancer (Part-Time)

The Role:

The role for a Central Conveyancer has become available with benefits of working from home, this role will be carried out by an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

Day to day duties:

Supporting and assisting areas of business during peak or times of high demand.

Assisting in the Completions Team, Technical Team and Registrations.

Be able to run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks.

Act independently when establishing deadline and managing deadlines.

Assist team members as and when required.

Communicate and build relationships with clients and third parties in professional and knowledgeable manner.

The Candidate:

Experienced Residential Conveyancer

At least 3-5 years residential conveyancing experience

Case load of between 80-100

Work well within a team

Assist the team to meet company targets
