About the job


We are now looking to appoint an outstanding Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead and develop our team of expert Human Resources professionals.

As a key member of the CPS Board, this CPO will have ownership of formulating the people strategy for a diverse organisation of over 6,000 staff spread across locations throughout the country.
