Co-Head of Grants Partnerships

We are seeking a Co-Head to lead our successful and talented grants team, which is currently on track to raise just under £5 million in 2020.

Children never belong in orphanages. Orphanages don’t protect children, they harm them. Put simply: the last thing an orphanage can provide is the first thing a child needs -someone to love them.

The vast majority of children in orphanages aren’t orphans at all -80% of the 8 million children confined to orphanages have at least one living parent or close relative who could care for them with the right support. And for children without family, there is always a better option than an orphanage.

Position: Co-Head of Grants Partnerships
Location: Flexible
Job type: Flexible, Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover
Hours: 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £44,000 - £51,000, depending on experience, pro-rata for part-time hours
