This is a rewarding position working alongside the team at Whitley Brook Pet Crematorium. Due to the sensitive nature of our business, we are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, friendly and confident.
You will be working with a great team who are highly motivated and who take pride in their exceptional levels of customer support.
The role will involve speaking to owners of deceased pets and give time and support where needed, always acting in a courteous and empathetic manner.
The ideal person must have a confident and friendly telephone manner, with good Microsoft office skills and be a real team player.
The position is based in based in Runcorn, working 20 hours per week. Monday, Friday and Saturday mornings and may increase to full-time potentially.
