Your Business Voice Customer Service Advisor: Flexible  Part- Time Work


Your Business Voice (YBV) is excited to introduce a flexible working, shift sharing employment model that is ideal for anyone who is looking for a job that will work around their existing commitments and lifestyle requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service across various mediums including over the phone to clients, email handling and Live chat and work well as part of a dynamic team.

If you’ve been away from the workplace for a while, or the conventional 9-5 working hours aren’t suited to your lifestyle, our flexible employment model is ideal for you. If you want to shape your working schedule around other priorities in life, YBV is able to still give you the benefits that come along with a full-time day job, with the flexibility of choosing your hours depending on your daily commitments.

We provide full training for approximately 2 weeks to make sure that you are comfortable and confident before fully immersing you into the role.

The shifts will be 7am-7pm, which are split into two time slots: early (7am-1pm), and late (1pm-7pm). Our available shifts will operate 7 days per week however you will only be required to work 5 days out of 7. These shifts and days are negotiable according to which time slot is best suited to your commitments on different days, provided you are able to work at least one weekend day per week.

We currently have four available positions to fill, where two customer service operators will handle the morning shifts and the remaining two will deal with the afternoon shifts.

We have created this employment model to enable our staff to build working relationships with their colleagues who have similar commitments to them and are willing to swap shifts when required.  The four candidates that will fill these shifts will work as a team to back each other up in the event of sickness or an absence.

Our new model of employment is a way of tapping into talent which we are otherwise unable to attract via routine job advertisements and typical 9-5 working hours.
