As a Customer Service Advisor in our International Shared Service centre you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best possible customer service is provided to both our internal and external customers. Your natural people skills, underpinned by your drive to meet outlined SLA’s and KPI’s, allows you to make interaction easy and convenient for all customers by handling enquiries in a timely and consistent manner.
It will be your responsibility to ensure customer queries are dealt with efficiently and with the Hallmark spark. You will acknowledge and resolve customer complaints whilst keeping a record of all interactions and ensuring process workflows are followed. Your main channel of communication will be Email and therefore strong English written skills are key, however you will also be required to communicate with Hallmark’s customers through Social media and telephone too. As you work to resolve customer queries you will use your in-depth knowledge of our product to ensure all answers are dealt with correctly.
You are someone that is not afraid to challenge the status quo as you work both independently and within your team to drive process improvement and efficiencies.
With experience in a fast paced environment we will look for you to have:
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience of working on your own initiative and under pressure.
• A positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Experience of dealing with and resolving a variety of queries within agreed SLA’s.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in busy fast paced environment.
