Customer Service Advisor - Part time

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers
  • Handling between 30-50 demanding telephone enquiries daily
  • Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams
  • Providing a great customer service
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets
  • To be considered for this position, your CV must highlight previous experience working within a call centre or a target driven telephone-based role.
