You have experience monitoring customer service teams in real-time and have been able to reduce excessive handling time and increase productivity.

Your time working across a range of customer experience teams has helped develop your excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to remain calm in situations when faced with mutiple demands.

You have managed real-time call queues, email queues, operations queues and live chat, moving resources appropriately to make sure you can deliver a first class service.

You have a great eye of detail, with highly developed data and statistical analysis skills and a range of techniques you utilise to improve team performance and anticipate risks.

You adopt logical approaches to solving problems and have used this to drive the growth and development of multiple CX platforms; using feedback, trends and comparing these against forecast and actual data to drive efficiency.
