Position: Customer Service Assistant x2
Location: Bolton Regional Office (commutable from Warrington, Blackburn, Wigan and surrounding areas)
Job type: Fill Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £17,850 to £21,000 per annum

About the role:
Working within the Customer Service Centre, to ensure an effective and efficient telephone answering service ensuring calls are answered and responded to within target times.
You will be required to provide appropriate advice and information (either by telephone; email; web chat or in writing) and dealing with the enquiries to maximise Right First Time resolution.
- Experienced in working as part of a team, excellent communication skills and good IT skills are crucial to the successful delivery of these important services to internal and external communication.
- Previous experience of providing front line services in a busy office environment and working within a shared services environment is essential.
- There will be occasions where out of hours shifts may be required so you must have a flexible approach to working hours.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
