Customer Service Assistant

You will join us as a Customer Service Assistant working within a shared administration services centre, the role will be varied. You will be responsible, along with other members of your team, for providing efficient delivery of associated front-line housing services dealing mainly with telephone enquiries and administration.

Customer Service Assistant Requirements:

Experienced in working as part of a team, excellent communication skills and good IT skills are crucial to the successful delivery of these important services to internal and external communication. Previous experience of providing front line services in a busy office environment and working within a shared services environment is essential. There will be occasions where out of hours shifts may be required so you must have a flexible approach to working hours.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Basic Certificate will be required for these roles.
