We are recruiting 10 Out Of Hours Customer Service Advisors to handle calls from Housing Association tenants regarding repairs on your property.
As an Out of Hours advisor you will handle calls from tenants regarding repairs required to their property. You will gather as much information from the customer regarding their problem and then liaise with the appropriate service provider such as plumbers, electricians, lock smiths etc and keep the tenant fully updated with regards to the work schedule.
The service takes over from Housing Associations when their offices close and therefore hours of work will be full time hours working Evenings, Weekends and Nights.
To be suitable to apply for these positions we are looking for the following skills and attributes:
* Excellent verbal communication
* Ability to empathise and problem solve
* Computer literate
* Able to work unsociable shift patterns
* Be committed to a permanent position after 13 weeks.
