Customer Service Agent
Location – Homebased
Salary – £30,000+ depending on experience
Duration – Permanent full time

Our client has the ambition to be the best in terms of customer engagement. They want to make sure that their customers can contact them through a multitude of channels and for their customers to be able to have as much information at their fingertips as possible.
The Customer Services Manager responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation.
Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
Taking, investigating and solving customer service complaints.
Assisting with development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers.
Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Taking and logging appointment bookings for the sales team.
Performing additional duties where needed.
You will have:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager role or similar.
Experience in dealing with customers using a digital first strategy.
Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
Good computer skills with experience with CRM platforms.
Great organisational skills, with an aptitude in problem solving.
Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
A self-starter with great initiative.
Strong people skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
You may have a background of the following: Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Customer Success etc.
