The Role:

This Customer Service Representative role is suited for those who have great customer service experience, target and sales driven with an excellent telephony manner. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, calling existing customers regarding renewals of insurance. Our customers require you to have patience and an empathetic nature, with the ability to handle queries and talk through our business products & services in a clearly and concise way. The ability to build rapport is a must along with treating customers fairly. You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service while also achieving performance and quality metrics set out by the business.

Location: Our office is based just outside Preston and is accessible by car or bus. For those looking to travel by car, we have free car parking nearby.

Responsibilities:

- You will be providing a telephony service promoting, selling insurance products as well as insurance renewals, making both inbound and outbound calls to existing customers,
- You will be educating new and existing customers on the different insurance products we offer, such as mobility scooters, car insurance and those that want an independent life, in a clear and concise way,
- You will be promoting and selling ancillary products to customers, ensuring it is suitable for their needs,
- You will be performing mid-term adjustments at customer requests,
- You will be one to embrace and encourage the company culture among your peers,
- You will be interacting with customers ensuring they are always treated fairly,

Experience:

- You will have excellent customer services skills, with ability to build rapport naturally, coupled with an empathetic and understanding nature,
- You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- You will have a good understanding of sales and services, be resilient and target driven, with the ability to upsell on products,
- You will be a quick and an adaptable learner with experience of using MS office suite and bespoke systems,
- You will have attention to detail and ensure all compliance requirements are met,
