The Role:

This is an exciting time to join Fish as we have recently increased our products to our customers. Your role will be to interact with customers on both inbound and outbound telephone calls and e-mails, providing excellent customer service while also achieving performance and quality metrics set out by the business. If you put the customer at the heart of everything you do then we want to hear from you!


• Embrace and encourage the company culture among your peers
• Interact with customers ensuring they are treated fairly every time
• Promote and sell insurance products to customers on both inbound and outbound calls
• Promote and sell ancillary products to customer ensuring it is suitable for their needs
• Perform mid-term adjustments at customer request via both inbound and outbound phone calls

• Excellent customer services skills
• The ability to cross sell suitable products to our customers
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Insurance products provided by Fish Insurance

This is a 6 month contract and we work on a rota basis between Tuesday – Saturday each week covering 37.5 hours per week
