You will join us as a Data Team Coordinator and will be a technical referral point for the Data Entry Team, and the wider HM Land Registry Local Land Charges team. You will ensure that agreed migration approaches are applied within each data migration. You will maintain a comprehensive view of standard digitisation and transformation data approaches and will champion communicating, clarifying and supporting those approaches, as part of the wider Service Migration workstream.
Due to Covid-19, the role will initially be home based so an induction and training will be carried out remotely, with full support from a Data Manager and the wider Data Transformation Team.
Data Team Coordinator Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Data Entry administrators, providing expert support, guidance and troubleshooting for their roles and acting as the escalation point for further intervention where required. Able to focus, plan and think ahead, you will use your sound organisation and time management skills to assess workload priorities and channel workloads to the Data Entry Team.
You will resolve data issues encountered, escalating to the Data Manager or Digital Delivery Manager when appropriate, to ensure timely migration delivery. You will be able to identify and ultimately support fresh opportunities uncovered within each data migration, to drive and develop new migration approaches throughout the programme.
Within this fast-paced role, you will work with an array of internal and external stakeholders, from the HM Land Registry Quality Team to suppliers and analysts, to drive appropriate solutions for migration activities within agreed timescales. You will build strong working relationships with essential Local Authority contacts and work collaboratively with Local Authority Delivery Managers to ensure data solutions are agreed in advance and plans for working processes are clearly defined, to enable the Data Entry Team to progress migration activities smoothly and consistently.
Data Team Coordinator Requirements:
You will have technical knowledge of providing data input and driving data improvements, and managing data transitions from numerous formats into one single format to support a data migration approach
About Land Registry:
It's an exciting time to join us, as HM Land Registry (HMLR) is committed to becoming the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data, and aiming to achieve comprehensive registration by 2030.
