Deputy Hotel Manager - Lichfield North East A38 Premier Inn - 40 hours - 30 bedrooms

Your role is to lead and manage the day to day operation of all departments within the hotel, as the clearly defined deputy, and to lead the Hotel in absence of the Hotel Manager. You will ensure that our teams consistently do things properly with heart and deliver the highest standard of levels of guest service in line with company standards. 

As Deputy Hotel Manager, you have responsibility for managing the site, ensuring our guests and team are kept safe, all internal audits are successfully passed, and safety and compliance requirements are met. 

The Deputy Hotel Manager is responsible for all Front of House, Back of House*, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams, ensuring the team are provided with all mandatory training and ongoing development and support to continuously drive improvements. 

*Please note; dependent on specific site attributes the Deputy Hotel Manager will also lead all Housekeeping activities.

You will need to demonstrate some essential skills and behaviours in the following areas:

*Additionally, for breakfast room sites 

  • Previous F&B management experience

  • Kitchen operational expertise
