Deputy Night Care Manager

Position: Deputy Night Care Manager 
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 40 hours over 8 nights; 21:30 – 07:30, 4 nights on duty 4 nights off duty 
Salary: £10.85 per hour - £12.25 per hour

About the role: 

An opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic Deputy Night Care Managers to join our existing night team. You would be working as part of a multi-skilled team and you will make a difference in ensuring a seamless service between days and nights, supporting the Centre Night Managers with both care and staff management. Your hours of work will be 21:30 – 07:30, 4 nights on duty 4 nights off duty. 

About you: 

If you are caring, compassionate and looking to develop your career then this could be the role for you. The post requires NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent, experience of working with people with learning disabilities, and ideally you will have an A1 assessor’s award.
