Location: Weymouth (commutable from Dorchester, Axminster and surrounding areas)

About the role:
We require an enthusiastic Deputy Shop Manager for our Weymouth shop. Duties include supporting the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced, processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Assisting with recruiting and maintaining a large team of volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this shop.
The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills along with the ability to work flexibly and cover other shops in the local area.
The position is for 15 hours per week to include Sunday working on a rota basis shared with other shop management. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety best practice. Basic IT skills are essential.
