Digital Channel Marketing Executive (Subscriptions)

TI Media is one of the largest branded media companies in the UK. The company reaches more than 28 million people each month across multiple platforms, with influential brands like Trusted Reviews, Cycling Weekly, Country Life, Decanter and Wallpaper.

The Digital Marketing Team are part of the wider Subscriptions Marketing Team at TI Media, responsible for delivering digital marketing channel strategies, sales and revenue targets and improving lifetime value across the customer base, using data insights, customer profiling and reporting to inform customer segmentation and optimisation.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Channel Marketing Executive at TI Media, on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and deployment of all marketing emails, managing the marketing activity calendar and reporting on email channel performance.  You will brief our in-house designer on creative asset requirements and manage organic social media channels.

You will need to have:

  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience, including email marketing, reporting and creating presentations
  • Previous experience of building email templates and sending campaigns
  • Some knowledge of best practice for A/B testing subject lines and multi-variant content testing
  • Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and experience of the following would also be of advantage:
    • Selligent or Taxi software
    • Google Analytics
    • CMS experience
    • Social media posting
    • Basic HTML coding
    • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a genuine interest in digital marketing. Well organised, with a strong eye for attention to detail, they will be looking to further their digital marketing career and play an important role within a small team. The role requires someone comfortable with troubleshooting and working with our email service provider and brand stakeholders to ensure our email marketing operation is efficient and delivers results.
