What would you be responsible for in this role?
• Work alongside the Technical Support team to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices
• Provide high quality technical support services to the business and colleagues.
• Assist in the day to day management and support of desktops, laptops, IP telephone system, backups, overnight processes and scheduling and other operational tasks as required.
• Ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment including security, availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability and reliability
• Maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, items, permissions and access etc.)
• Assist in the administration and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive infrastructure, mobile access etc.
• Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 processes and procedures

 

What would we like to see in you?
Covea are looking for candidates with both technical and business focussed skills to help with the delivery of M365 technologies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience of User Endpoint Management and of transforming a traditional Microsoft Office deployment with network file shares to a full Cloud based M365 offering. You should be a driven individual, ready to influence the project and BAU teams based on your experience, be able to plan and deliver change effectively and champion industry best practice. We are especially keen to hear from candidates who logical, focussed and plan effectively to deliver right first time.


Skills/Capabilities

  • Previous demonstrable knowledge and hands on experience of:

  • Delivering M365 productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, OneNote etc to industry best practice

  • Migrating Office from on premise to cloud and

  • Understanding the global settings for setting up M365 capabilities and how they impact on functionality

  • Active Directory and Azure AD

  • Policies and procedures for ensuing an M365 deployment is successful

  • UEM delivery using M365 technologies

  • Ability to resolve 3rd-line level customer related technical issues quickly and efficiently

  • Can act as a mentor to junior, less experienced staff

  • Able to deliver results – a self-starter and a finisher

Upto £50,000
