We are now seeking an HR Director to join us at this exciting time, to lead human resources and organisational development functions with a staff of around 100, ensuring the delivery of professional advice and appropriate policy provision to support the day-to-day operation of a multi-site complex business with an annual turnover of around £330m. The HR Director is expected to lead in setting the strategy for the development and maintenance of a sustainable workforce that has the right expertise, values and culture to enable HM Land Registry to transform and meet its vital economic and societal purpose
To meet this challenge, we require an experienced HR leader who is capable of leading diverse, multi-site HR functions, with a proven track record in leading through cultural and capability transformation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success in working at board or senior leadership level to drive the strategic capability of professional HR teams, and will possess the high standards of communication and interpersonal required to make an impact at this level.
