What would you be responsible for in this role?
- Build and create an understanding of engagement with our D&I strategy
- Communicate and deliver the D & I Governance structure as part of the World Class Leadership programme.
- Support with engagement through creation of a calendar of internal and external events showcasing diversity and inclusion activity, identifying and collaborating with key partners.
- Develop an activity communications calendar to engage stakeholder audiences and to meet specified D&I objectives.
- Support the management of reporting requirements to demonstrate progress against diversity strategy and D&I-related measures.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to analyse data, identify trends and manage the development, implementation and monitoring D&I reports, programmes, and plans.
- Support the building of a culture where two-way engagement and employee feedback is seen as fundamental and integral to the success of the organisation through a variety of digital survey tools
- Influence and drive the importance of cultural change and engagement through the creation of informative, entertaining and inspiring communications.
- Implement a consistent and measured employee engagement strategy to increase employee pride and loyalty to Covéa.
What would we like to see in you?
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Marketing experience in a business to business or internal environment, ideally insurance
- Experience of leading and developing companywide communication strategies
- Experience of creating and executing effective and engaging content
