We are now looking for a Divisional Conduct Officer to join our Schemes and Affinities division.

About the role:
The Divisional Conduct Officer will ensure all businesses within S&A will adhere to Group Risk and Regulatory Policies and Procedures through the design and oversight of operational controls and processes.
This role sits within the 1st Line of Defence.
All responsibilities to be undertaken in line with Group Policies and Procedures as expected. Working with the business to support in the delivery of new products including production of compliant documentation, customer journeys, scripts and partnerships and undertake appropriate first line review of asset changes across the division.
To be successful in this role you must have at least 5 years’ experience in a compliance capacity, understand insurance placement process, knowledge of FCA handbook and experience in sign off of financial promotions.
You need to be organised, have good communication skills, a good team worker and be enthusiastic.
