Role: Divorce Coach
Hours: Flexible (minimum 25 hours)
Location: Home working with occasional time in the office
As a Divorce Coach at amicable you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our core mission through collaboration and acting as a point of contact between; internal stakeholders, customers and clients. The customer journey and effective communication throughout the process is critical to its success and achieving a positive outcome.
Based in South West London, Mortlake and reporting to the Head of Operations.

About the role
Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated experienced mediator, para-legal or a family law professional to join our Divorce Coach team.
The position is permanent, flexible hours, working primarily from home a minimum of 25 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days.
The key focus will be to work with couples in the digital space giving legal or financial information, advice on children arrangements or emotional support and managing the online amicable divorce and consent order process to help couples conclude their divorce in a timely manner.

- Experience across the divorce process, and either knowledge of consent orders, or experience in helping couples agree financial arrangements
- Family law experience, (lawyer, mediator, or para legal) and be able to advise on the divorce process
- Excellent digital communication skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, empathic, approachable manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Disciplined time management with excellent attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to sell and promote the amicable service to potential customers
