Costa Coffee have created a brand-new role in the Talent Acquisition team for a Employer Brand and Campaign Lead. As a specialist in Employer Brand and Digital Attraction, this person will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategy to attract the most relevant and diverse talent. You’ll bring creativity, bold thinking and excellent networking skills to make a real impact in how Costa is perceived externally; building brand love across the globe.

A bit about the role...

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact in our hiring strategy as we continue with our growth ambitions as a global total coffee company. It is your job to articulate what it’s really like to live, love and work at Costa:

  • Employer Brand: Develop the existing EB into a global activation strategy across a multitude of online and offline channels
  • Digital Channel Strategy: shape and develop the current digital channel offering, supporting the global TA team to think different, drive innovation and prove ROI
  • Media Buying: lead activity with partnerships and agencies to drive smart media investments
  • Campaign Management: execute global campaigns across social and LinkedIn, driving strong engagement and delivery
  • In addition to this you will be expected to manage all day to day activity such as social content calendar in collaboration with numerous stakeholders across the business
  • Please note, this role is Part Time, working 3-4 days a week.

  • Operated in a global role and appreciative of different strategies needed in broader regions, including cultural variances
  • First class stakeholder management incl cross functional, senior leadership, global
  • Significant experience managing agencies / third parties
  • Strong digital execution skills, i.e. programmatics, DNA
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong track record of budget management
