Blue Arrow Derby are currently looking to recruit a number of temporary exam invigilators to support in January 2019.
We are proud to be working in partnership with one of Derby's largest Education providers, our fantastic client - University of Derby.
Please note this is a temporary part-time position for 2 weeks between Monday 7th January - Friday 18th January 2019.
Invigilating /exams will based at the Kedleston Road site. Full training is provided so no previous invigilating experience is required.
Training Dates: Thursday 3rd January 2019 (PM) and Friday 4th January 2019 (AM)
Training sessions are paid and will approximately last 2-3 hours. Training will consist of PowerPoint presentation, interactive activities and a guided tour around site.
All candidates must be available to attend at least one of these training sessions in order to carry out & support with invigilating.
Hours: TBC once availability is received and will be allocated to you based upon this - full and half days available (AM or PM) & flexibility on days worked.
- Setting out examination materials
- Monitoring students
- Reporting any disruptions
- Collecting in and sorting exam papers
- Lia sing and working with the Exams Team
- Assisting with general admin tasks when necessary

Located just outside of Derby city centre, this location would suit anyone with their own transport in Derby. There are also bus stops near the site, so is easily commutable from the Derby City Centre area.
