The F&B department comprises a busy conference & banqueting department and a 2 AA Rosette serving Modern British cuisine. Much of the produce come from the hotel's own kitchen garden.

The candidate will be responsible to ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. Supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department. 

Main Duties:

·To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set;

·To ensure that guests receive high quality service;

·To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with;

·To optimise revenue and standards on a regular basis;

.To undertake any other duties as required by line management.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

·Team management, leadership & team player

·Effective management: delivering profit centre profitability

·Sales ability

·Adaptability: coping with the diversity of customers and their needs


·Sensitivity to customers: good relationship skills
