About the role:
The successful candidate will work at the Alzheimer’s Society Head Office as front of house in London and be the point of contact for all visitors and staff members at the London office.
The role will involve duties relating to front desk management, incoming and outgoing post, invoicing, covering the facilities helpdesk, general admin and assisting with management of ID cards.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and proactive person to manage this fantastic space and run it in an efficient and effective way in line with our procedures, processes and values. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is ‘hands on’ and practical with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels with staff, volunteers, contractors and the managing agent for the building.
You may have experience of the following: Receptionist, Administrator, Admin Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Office Administrator, EA, Executive Assistant, PA, Personal Assistant, Front of House, etc.
