G3 - HR Data Management Analytics Manager

This is a pivotal role, leading the HR Data Management & Analytics Team. It is a growing team with an excellent reputation across the Agency, and we are looking to further develop the service provided on behalf of all Human Resources teams.

•This role represents the HR department in technical conversations with IT and system providers, ensuring that the HR Information System and reporting software is maintained and is fit for purpose for the Agency.
•The post holder will need to have the ability to take the agency's good quality data to the next level in terms of insight for the business areas. The organisation has a hunger for more workforce data and is keen to steer this to maximise its potential.
•This will be a customer facing role with access to senior stakeholders and Committee meetings. In this role you will have significant influence in terms of forecasting, business planning, and resourcing strategies.
•The agency is working towards all resourcing decisions being data led; accurate and insightful workforce data is provided to all business areas on a specific working day each month; workforce forecasting is accurate and trusted; and workforce planning is considered on a longer term basis. We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Analytics professional to help us achieve this goal.

TechnicalCriteria:
•Critical thinking, analysis and creative problem solving skills.
•Numeracy, challenging of the as is, and curiosity in new technical solutions.
•Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
•Keen interest in analytics and data, with a desire to build related technical skills.

ExperienceCriteria:
•Experience of team leadership.
•Excellent presentation of data skills
•Experience of working with HR Information Systems, administering and configuring.
•Experience of Project Management.
