Head of Business Delivery

We are now looking for a Head of Business Delivery to join our Schemes and Affinities division.

PIB Group (PIB) is a new and rapidly growing group. It has completed 23 acquisitions since April 2016, which has seen our employee base grow from 50 to over 1300 people with over 40 offices. Our environment is an exciting place to work and will continue to evolve as the group matures and delivers on its 10 year growth strategy.

About the role:

Own, manage, and deliver change across the Division. Oversee and support strategy development. Develop standardised MI across the division that meets the business needs. To deliver the best customer outcomes, process efficiencies, and revenue growth through change delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities for this role are to develop high performing change and MI teams capable of supporting the divisional strategy. To establish appropriate change and MI governance across the division ensuring speed of delivery. To own management of programme prioritisation leading key projects and be the point of escalation for project and MI work across the Division.

About you:

To be successful for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years change management experience, have a knowledge of delivering a programme of work and managing budgets. You should also have awareness of delivery of Management Information and transitioning to Business Intelligence.

You need to have experience in stakeholder and people management, taking leadership, continuous improvement in the business and to be able to work closely with the group to ensure systems are providing suitable outcomes.
