Head of People Operations

You will join our senior management team in a role that spans Sales, Marketing and Client Services. This role is primarily about focusing, coaching and supporting others to achieve agreed business targets. You are commercially astute and people orientated. You probably have experience in sales, management and/or learning and development.

Head of People Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly sales and marketing meetings, resulting in accurate forecasting and maintaining momentum around the achievement of KPI’s
• Carry out weekly 121’s with each member of the Sales & Marketing Team
• Work collaboratively with Head of Client Services and Customer Engagement to maximise revenue generation
• Oversee deliverables through key strategic partners
• Track key operational metrics and oversee cross business projects, holding people accountable for key deliverables

Head of People Operations Requirements:

- A people person, an excellent communicator who demonstrates empathy and people skills
- Methodical and structured, someone who is diligent at following through on processes
- Result orientated, able to set and agree SMART targets and willing to hold people accountable against them
- A coach, has experience coaching others to achieve demanding goals
- Collaborative and loyal
- Commercially focused, understands key business drivers and how to influence these

Job type: Full/Part Time, Minimum 3 days a week, Permanent

Salary: £40k + bonus – Home based (one day a week from office)
